MINCO Development Corporation, was established in 1982 by Louis P. Minicucci Jr. on the foundation of hard work, accuracy and a dedication to delivering the best service possible to clients. That commitment has remained strong through the years and has been enhanced by the second generation invested in Minco, led by Eric Loth, CEO.
MINCO focuses on developing the best multi-family housing projects in the Boston metro with a focus in the Merrimack Valley and Seacoast area. From sourcing and entitlement through construction and long term management we strive to create long term value for our investors and quality housing opportunities for our tenants and buyers.
